After membership acceptance, onboarding begins with a practical record of where your pool stands from day one. It is not an engineering inspection, hidden-defect review, or warranty.
Current chemistry, clarity, surface condition, staining, and visible algae observations.
Visible equipment-pad observations for the pump, filter, heater, salt system, controller, and cleaner.
Circulation observations, visible plumbing concerns, and the starting filter-pressure reading.

No. SN Pools reviews your pool, service needs, route availability, and preferred membership before confirming the appropriate next step.
No payment is collected with a request. Recurring billing begins only after membership approval and when scheduled service is ready to begin.
Normal routine maintenance chemicals are included within reasonable normal-use limits. Abnormal chemical demand, recovery work, specialty treatments, parts, and repairs are quoted separately.
Submit the same request form and include photos. SN Pools may recommend a separate Recovery Assessment and estimate before recurring membership begins.
Apex is invitation only and represents SN Pools’ highest level of residential pool management, priority, planning, communication, and coordination support. Repairs, parts, and third-party work are not included and require approval.
