2. POOL AND PROPERTY PHOTOS

Our service-request forms may allow you to upload photographs relating to your pool and property, including photographs of:

• Your swimming pool
• Water condition
• Pool equipment
• Equipment pad
• Visible plumbing and components
• Pool surfaces or problem areas
• Yard or surrounding pool area
• Other service-related conditions

These photographs may incidentally include portions of your home, property, possessions, address indicators, or other information visible within the image.

SN Pools uses submitted photographs primarily to understand pool condition, evaluate potential service needs, determine whether an onsite assessment may be appropriate, prepare for service, and communicate with you regarding your pool.

Please avoid uploading photographs containing information unrelated to your pool-service request or information that you consider highly sensitive.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit our website, our website hosting, security, form-processing, or technical service providers may automatically receive certain technical information, which may include:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Pages accessed
• Date and time of access
• Referring website or page
• General technical, diagnostic, performance, or security information

We may use cookies or similar technologies when reasonably necessary for website functionality, security, and performance.

If SN Pools later introduces analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or other technologies that materially change the information collected through the website, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional disclosures or choices when appropriate.

SN Pools may use information we collect to:

• Review Founding Membership and other service requests
• Evaluate whether SN Pools can service a requested property or pool
• Review route availability
• Evaluate pool condition and service requirements
• Contact applicants and customers
• Schedule pool assessments or recurring services
• Establish and administer customer accounts
• Provide pool cleaning, maintenance, monitoring, recovery, and related services
• Prepare estimates, recommendations, and service plans
• Create and provide service reports
• Maintain pool chemistry, equipment, service, and account records
• Process and administer referrals and referral rewards
• Send invoices and administer billing
• Manage recurring service and AutoPay
• Respond to customer questions and support requests
• Improve SN Pools operations and customer experience
• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse
• Maintain business, accounting, tax, and operational records
• Protect SN Pools, our customers, and our legal rights
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, tax requirements, or lawful governmental requests

5. FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICE REQUESTS

Submitting a Founding Membership Request or other service request does not automatically create a customer relationship, guarantee acceptance into a membership, reserve a membership position, or activate billing.

SN Pools may review submitted information, photographs, service location, pool condition, service requirements, route availability, and other relevant information when evaluating a request.

SN Pools may request an onsite Pool Health Assessment or additional information before accepting a customer.

No payment is collected through the Founding Membership application itself.

If SN Pools accepts an applicant as a customer, additional customer, service-management, billing, and payment information may be collected during onboarding.

6. FORMSPREE AND WEBSITE FORM PROCESSING

SN Pools uses Formspree to process certain forms submitted through our website, including the Founding Membership application.

When you submit a supported form, information you provide may be transmitted to and processed or stored by Formspree so that the submission can be delivered to and reviewed by SN Pools.

This information may include:

• Contact information
• Service address
• Pool information
• Service preferences
• Referral information
• Written comments
• Uploaded pool or property photographs
• Other information included in the form

Formspree acts as a third-party service provider supporting SN Pools' website form infrastructure.

Information handled through Formspree may also be subject to Formspree's applicable privacy, security, and service terms.

7. EMAIL AND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

SN Pools may use third-party business communication services, including Google Workspace, to send, receive, and store business communications.

If you provide your email address or phone number, SN Pools may use that information to communicate with you regarding:

• Membership requests
• Application status
• Pool assessments
• Scheduling
• Service visits
• Service reports
• Pool conditions or recommendations
• Estimates
• Invoices and payments
• Customer account matters
• Customer support
• Referral rewards
• Operational or service-related notices

Providing a phone number as part of a service request does not by itself mean that you consent to recurring promotional text-message marketing.

If SN Pools later conducts recurring promotional text-message campaigns, SN Pools will obtain any consent required by applicable law.

You may request to stop promotional email communications. However, SN Pools may continue sending transactional, billing, account, scheduling, safety, or service-related communications that are reasonably necessary to provide or administer services.

8. REFERRAL REWARDS

SN Pools may operate a referral rewards program available to customers and eligible non-customers.

If you indicate that another person referred you to SN Pools, we may collect information regarding the referrer, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• SN Pools membership or customer relationship, if applicable

We may use this information to:

• Identify the referring person
• Verify a referral
• Track referral eligibility
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent referral claims
• Communicate regarding referral status
• Administer service credits or other referral rewards

Please provide another person's contact information only when you reasonably believe they would be comfortable with you providing that information to SN Pools.

9. SKIMMER CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

If you become an SN Pools customer, SN Pools may use Skimmer pool service software to administer your customer relationship.

Information maintained or processed through Skimmer may include:

• Customer name
• Service address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Pool information
• Equipment information
• Water chemistry information
• Service history
• Service photographs
• Technician or service notes
• Routes and scheduling information
• Work orders
• Estimates
• Invoice information
• Account balances
• Payment status
• Customer communications
• Other information reasonably necessary to manage pool service

Skimmer may also provide customers with access to features such as a customer portal, invoices, service information, payment methods, and AutoPay.

Information handled through Skimmer is also subject to Skimmer's applicable privacy, security, and service terms.

10. PAYMENTS AND SKIMMER BILLING

SN Pools intends to use Skimmer Billing to issue invoices and process online customer payments.

Depending on the payment options enabled by SN Pools, customers may be able to pay invoices using payment methods supported through Skimmer Billing, which may include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Eligible digital wallets
• ACH or bank-account payments

Customers may also have the option to save an eligible payment method and enroll in AutoPay for recurring SN Pools service.

Skimmer Billing uses third-party payment-processing infrastructure, including Stripe, to process and securely manage payment credentials.

Payment credentials submitted through Skimmer Billing are transmitted to and processed through the applicable payment-processing infrastructure. Payment credentials may be encrypted and tokenized by the payment processor to facilitate secure payment processing and authorized future payments.

SN Pools does not intend to directly collect or store customers' complete credit card numbers, security codes, or complete online banking credentials on the SN Pools website.

SN Pools may receive and maintain limited transaction-related information necessary to administer customer accounts, such as:

• Payment status
• Transaction amount
• Invoice information
• Payment date
• Payment method type
• Limited identifying information about a saved payment method where made available by the payment system
• Refund or failed-payment status
• AutoPay enrollment status

Payment information processed through Skimmer Billing and its underlying payment processing providers is also subject to their respective privacy, security, and service terms.

The Founding Membership application on snpoolstx.com does not collect payment card or bank-account information.

Customers should only provide payment information through the authorized payment process provided by SN Pools through Skimmer Billing or another secure process specifically identified by SN Pools.

11. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

SN Pools does not sell personal information.

SN Pools does not rent applicant or customer information to third-party marketers.

We may disclose personal information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate SN Pools, including providers supporting:

• Website hosting
• Website security
• Form processing
• File storage
• Business email
• Communications
• Customer-management software
• Pool-service management
• Scheduling
• Invoicing
• Payment processing
• Accounting or bookkeeping
• Information technology
• Insurance
• Legal or professional services

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their applicable agreements and law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

12. DATA RETENTION

Certain information may remain temporarily in system backups or in systems maintained by third-party service providers.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, SN Pools may delete, destroy, or anonymize it as appropriate.

13. INFORMATION SECURITY

SN Pools uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

SN Pools also relies on professional third-party providers for functions such as form processing, business communications, customer management, and payment processing.

However, no internet transmission, website, electronic storage system, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not submit highly sensitive information through the Founding Membership application.

In particular, do not submit:

• Social Security numbers
• Passwords
• Government identification numbers
• Medical information
• Full payment-card information
• Bank-account credentials

Payment information should only be entered through the secure Skimmer Billing payment process or another payment process specifically authorized by SN Pools.

14. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of your request, you may ask SN Pools to:

• Confirm whether we maintain certain personal information about you
• Provide access to certain personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete certain information
• Provide a copy of certain information
• Stop certain communications or uses

SN Pools may retain information when reasonably necessary or required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, insurance, security, or other legitimate business purposes.

SN Pools' website and services are intended for homeowners, property managers, and other adults seeking pool-related services.

The website is not directed toward children under 13, and SN Pools does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

If SN Pools learns that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted without appropriate authorization, we may delete that information.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The SN Pools website or customer communications may contain links to third-party services.

Third-party providers may maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

SN Pools is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services that SN Pools does not control.

Customers and website visitors are encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information directly to them.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

SN Pools may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
